B2B transactions aren’t decisions that are made lightly. It’s not enough to have a good product or service.
In order for people to want to buy from you they need to
- know about you
- trust you.
You need to be unique. Have a clear narrative. Stand out among the crowd. Become an industry leader.
Tactically this entails:
Storytelling – a company without a narrative is a company without an identity, without a soul. Have crystal clear messaging that resonates.
Content Creation – “Content builds relationships. Relationships are built on trust. Trust drives revenue.” Andrew Davis. In other words – create quality content that adds value to your potential customers and distribute it smartly.
Positioning – make sure you’re found online when people are searching for stuff related to your solutions or searching for solutions such as yours (there’s a difference)
Engagement – be present on social media where your potential customers are (typically Linkedin, Quora, Twitter but this changes between industries)
